Introducing Gitea: My Personal Git Repository

Exploring the world of self-hosted version control with Gitea. I’m moving my critical project documentation and Docker configurations to my own instance to share the setups that have worked for my digital lab.

I’ve recently been exploring the world of self-hosted version control, and I’ve settled on Gitea as my primary solution. While I’ve known about Git for a long time, I never really considered running my own instance in a serious capacity until I started experimenting with this project.

I am now using Gitea to store and document the critical projects I self-host. This space has become my primary hub for publishing public Git projects, specifically the Docker Compose files and other configurations that I use for my own deployments. My goal is to share the configurations that have worked for me, alongside the documentation needed to get them up and running.
